OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING FIGURE GM-8 OF THE CITY PLAN PRINCIPLES AND POLICIES
TO COMPORT WITH THE SOUTH COLLEGE CORRIDOR PLAN
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2009-024, the City Council has adopted the South College
Corridor Plan as an element of the City's Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, because of the adoption of the South College Corridor Plan as an element of
the City's Comprehensive Plan,the City Council has determined that an amendment should be made
to Figure GM-8 of the City Plan Principles and Policies(the Redevelopment and Infill Map)so that
it comports with the South College Corridor Plan by changing an area within the South College
Corridor from its present identification as a"Potential Intensification Area Per Zoning Without A
Subarea Plan" to its proper identification as an "Area Identified By Subarea Plans"; and
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that the proposed amendment to Figure GM-8
of the City Plan Principles and Policies (the Redevelopment and Infill Map) is in the best interest
of the citizens of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Figure GM-8 of the City Plan Principles and Policies is hereby amended so as to
appear as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

day of March, A.D. 2009.
