OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY STAFF TO PROCEED WITH
THE FINANCING OF THE LEMAY AVENUE EXTENSION
FROM HORSETOOTH ROAD TO HARMONY ROAD
WHEREAS, the Council has approved the 1985 Annual Budget on First
Reading; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to proceed with the
financing of the Lemay Avenue Extension from Horsetooth Road to Harmony
Road at this time; and
WHEREAS the Council is desirous of utilizing Bond Anticipation

Notes to provide interim financing; and
WHEREAS, the utilization of interim financing will allow the comple-
tion of the project on a more timely basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That City staff be authorized and directed, and they
hereby area to proceed with all necessary action, including the retention
of Bond and Disclosure Counsel , for the issuance of Bond Anticipation Notes
for the construction of the Lemay Avenue Extension from Horsetooth Road to
Harmony Road at the earliest possible time.
Section 2. That this action is taken to complete the project on a
more timely basis .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 2nd day of October, 4.
