RESOLUTION 84- 150
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE USE OF
LINCOLN CENTER FACILITIES
AND SETTING THE CRITERIA FOR
PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the following rate schedule shall be in effect for
the utilization of all Lincoln Center facilities, commencing January 1 ,
1985.

Section 2. Any show requiring only a single wash and no special cues
and which can be operated from backstage will not be charged an additional
fee for stage lighting. Any rental use requiring additional lighting
and/or special cues shall pay an additional fee for excessive electrical
demand in accordance with the following rate schedule, to take effect on
January 1, 1985.

Section 3. Commercial organizations using Lincoln Center facilities
for the conduct of a commercial enterprise shall pay 5% of gross monies
received in addition to the rental rates as listed herein .
Section 4. Ticket prices for the Lincoln Center Arts Series and the
Lincoln Center Children ' s Series are established based on two criteria:
cost of production, and regional and national marketing and pricing trends.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
