OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE
FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND WATER DISTRICT FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT AREA AT THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the Cities of Loveland and Fort Collins have constructed
improvements for a development area at the Fort Collins Loveland Airport;
and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District has placed its
utilities in the streets and set backs to serve the development property;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to grant the Fort Collins-Loveland Water
District the right to enter upon the property for the purpose of con-
structing, maintaining, repairing and servicing the utilities placed upon
the property.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Easement Agreement between the Cities of Fort Collins and
Loveland and the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District granting an easement
to the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District at the Fort Collins-Loveland
Airport for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing and ser-
vicing the utilities placed there be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted on final reading this 4th day of September, A.D.
