APPROVING THE 1984-85 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
administration is authorized to submit the 1984-85 Community Development
Block Grant application as follows:
Entitlement Grant
Community Development Block Grant

Housing Rehabilitation Administration 62,903
Housing Rehabilitation Funds 165,000
Commission on Disability
-Removal of Architectural Barriers 20,000
Fort Collins Housing Authority
-Affordable Housing 150,000
Neighbor-to-Neighbor, Inc.
-HPA Construction Training Program 28,835
Neighbor-to-Neighbor, Inc.
-Housing Counseling 17,914
Housing Authority
-In-Fill Project - Phase II 180,000
Handicapped Information Office
-Independent Living Skills Program
with Focus on Employment 8,584
Poudre River Trust
-Area Plan 12,000
Core Area Neighborhood Association
-Neighorhood Revitalization - Staff Liaison 17,880

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following projects will be funded by
utilizing prior year contingency funds:
Housing Authority Landscaping 15,000
Larimer Community Services, Inc.
Larimer Commity Services Building 27,000
Community Rehab Services for Larimer County
Community Loan Closet 20,000
Total $ 62,000
