OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF BURLINGTON, ONTARIO FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A RECREATION PROGRAM REGISTRATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department is in need of a computer
system to assist in the administration of recreation programs of the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Burlington, Ontario, has developed a computer
program system that satisfies the needs and requirements of the Parks &
Recreation Department and can be obtained at a reasonable price; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City to enter into an
agreement with the City of Burlington, Ontario, for the purchase of a
recreation program registration system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Burlington, Ontario, for the
purchase of a recreation program registration system for the aggregate
sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 17th day of July, A. D. 1984.
