OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMITS WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 5 ACRE FOOT UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in satisfaction of the City
raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, The Landings, Ltd, wishes to transfer to the City five (5)
units of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District water in exchange for
a city water certificate.
WHEREAS, said transfer can be accomplished through the issuance of a
Temporary Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a Temporary Use Permit be granted by the Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District for five (5) acre foot units of CBT water for
the use of the City be, and the same hereby is, approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 3rd day-of July, A. D. 1984.
