OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED INTO
FINAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FOR THE REMODEL
OF CITY HALL EAST PHASE II
WHEREAS, on January 3, 1984, the City Council appropriated an addi-
tional $707,300 to complete the remodeling of City Hall East; and
WHEREAS, pursuant thereto, the City engaged Architecture Plus to
prepare a preliminary design of said project, which preliminary design is
now complete; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the preliminary design report and
has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to proceed into
final design and construction of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be and he herebyis authorized to proceed
into final in design and construction for the remodeling g of City Hall East
Phase II.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 5th day of June, 1984.
