OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FUR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
FROM JOSEPH C. ROESSER, JR.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has negotiated with Mr. Joseph C.
Roesser, Jr. for the purchase of approximately twenty-three (23) acres of
real property in Larimer County which is a portion of the Pine Ridge Exemp-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has agreed to pay the sum of One
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) to Mr. Roesser for the purchase of such
property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins and Mr. Roesser have negotiated a
contract to purchase acceptable to the parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City hereby approves the terms and conditions of an
agreement for the purchase of 23+ acres of real property from Mr. Joseph C.
Roesser, Jr. for the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) and,
further, the City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf
of the City of Fort Collins .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins this 15th of May, 1984.al
