OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GREINER ENGINEERING SCIENCES, INC.
FOR DESIGN SERVICES ON THE ANHEUSER-BUSCH
PERIMETER ROADS
WHEREAS, the Master Agreement between the City and Anheuser-Busch,
Inc. calls for the City to design and construct certain perimeter roads;
and
WHEREAS, in pursuance thereof, the City has requested proposals of
professionals for design services of said perimeter roads; and
WHEREAS, seventeen proposals have been received and evaluated by the
City in accordance with the Capital Projects Management System, which
evaluation has resulted in the recommendation that the contract be awarded
to Greiner Engineering Sciences , Inc. for design services at a cost not to
exceed One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three Dollars
($134,943) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute a
Professional Services Agreement between the City and Greiner Engineering
Sciences, Inc. for services in the design of the Anheuser-Busch perimeter
roads , said services to be performed at a cost not to exceed One Hundred
Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three Dollars ($134,943) .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 18th day of September, A. D. 1984.
