OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE TERMS OF A LEASE BETWEEN
THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND AIRPORT AUTHORITY AND
FORT-LOVE AVIATION SERVICES, INC. FOR F.B.O. FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport Authority has negotiated
with Fort-Love Aviation Services, Inc. a lease of Airport facilities for
F.B.O. activities ; and
WHEREAS , the proposed Airport lease has been submitted to the City of
Fort Collins for its review and approval ; and
WHEREAS , the terms of the proposed Airport lease with Fort-Love
Aviation Services, Inc. appears to be reasonable and of benefit to the City
of Fort Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the proposed Airport Property Lease and Agreement dated
October 1 , 1984 , between Fort Collins-Loveland Airport Authority and
Fort-Love Aviation Services , Inc. , a Colorado corporation , is hereby
approved .
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
18th day of December, A.D. 1984 .
