OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN ADDENDUM TO A CONTRACT WITH GENERAL CODE
PUBLISHERS CORPORATION FOR SUPPLEMENTATION
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, Section 1-15 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins states
that the Council shall provide for supplementation of the City Code ;
and
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into contracts with General
Code Publishers Corporation providing for the supplementation of the Code;
and
WHEREAS, the contract between the City and General Code Publishers
Corporation is subject to renewal at this time; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and City Manager have reviewed and approved
the contract between the City and General Code Publishers and recommend
approval to the City Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an addendum agreement with General Code Publishers Corporation for the
purpose of providing for supplementation of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins for a term to run from January 1 , 1985 to December 31 , 1985.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 4th day of December, QQ1984.
