OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMITS WITH THE
NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
FOR 324 ACRE-FOOT UNITS OF CBT WATER
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City obtains units of water of the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District in satisfaction of the City
raw water requirements; and
WHEREAS, Everitt Enterprises wishes to transfer to the City three
hundred twenty-four (324) units of Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
District water to partially satisfy requirements for the Oakridge develop-
ment; and
WHEREAS, said transfer can be accomplished through the issuance of
three Temporary Use Permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that three temporary use permits granted by the Northern Colorado
Water Conservancy District for three hundred twenty-four (324) acre foot
units of CBT water for the use of the City be, and the same hereby is,
approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 3rd day of April , A. D. 1984.
