OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE
RENTAL REHABILITATION DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City of Fort Collins presently operates a housing reha-
bilitation program funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment through the Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the present housing rehabilitation program is limited to
owner-occupied dwelling units; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins would like to expand the rehabilita-
tion program to include non-owner-occupied units through participation in
the Department of Housing and Urban Development' s Rental Rehabilitation
Demonstration Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to submit an
application to Department of Housing and Urban Development for participa-
tion in the Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration Program.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of March 1984.
