OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH LARIMER COUNTY
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIBRARY SERVICES
TO RESIDENTS OF LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City has provided library services to the residents of
Larimer County by virtue of previous intergovernmental agreements with
Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Fort Collins it
is appropriate for the City to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with Larimer County in order that the City may continue to provide said
library services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the Agreement be, and the same
hereby are, accepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Fort Collins.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins this 21st of February, 4.
