OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN OF ANHEUSER-BUSCH, INC.
FOR A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
ALLEN-LIND-MOORE ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. has made application for approval of a
Master Plan on one thousand one hundred and eighteen (1,118) acres located
on a portion of the property included in the Allen-Lind-Moore Annexation;
and
WHEREAS, such Master Plan consists of a mix of industrial , commercial
and residential uses to be developed as a Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed and
considered the Master Plan of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board met on January 24, 1984, and
approved the Anheuser-Busch, Inc. Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the action of the Planning and
Zoning Board pursuant to Section 2-13 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
1. The Anheuser-Busch, Inc. , Master Plan submitted to the City of
Fort Collins for one thousand one hundred and eighteen (1,118) acres of
mixed industrial , commercial and residential uses, upon a portion of the
property known as the Allen-Lind-Moore annexation is approved.
2. The approval of the Anheuser-Busch Master Plan is conditioned
upon the completed annexation and zoning of the property known as the
Allen-Lind-Moore Annexation, the zoning designated I-P, Industrial Park
District, as a Planned Unit Development.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins this 7th of February, 1984.
