RESOLUTION 84-16
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 84-5 RELATING TO
APPOINTMENTS TO THE STORM DRAINAGE BOARD
AND COMMISSION ON DISABILITY
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Storm Drainage Board
of the City due to the resignation of a regular member; and
WHEREAS, on January 3 an error was made in the appointment to the
Storm Drainage Board and the City Council desires to amend Resolution 84-5
to correct said error.
WHEREAS, a vacancy also currently exists on the Commission on Dis-
ability because a member appointed on January 3, 1984 by Resolution 84-5 is
no longer available to serve on said Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill the
vacancies which exist on the Storm Drainage Board and the Commission on
Disability.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Resolution 84-5 be amended to make the following appointments
to the Storm Drainage Board and to the Commission on Disability with terms
to expire as set forth after their names:
