OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE WATER BOARD
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Water Board of the City due to the expiration
of Jim Finley's term and the resignation of Debra Sweetman; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancies which exist on the Water Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named person is appointed as a member of the Water
Board with a term to begin immediately and to expire as set forth after the name:
Water Board ExRiration of Term
Paul Czarnecki December 31, 2007
Section 2. That the following named person is appointed as a member of the Water
Board with a term to begin January 1, 2006 and to expire as set forth after the name:
Water Board Expiration of Term
Phil Phelan December 31, 2009
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 20th day of December,
