OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning and Zoning Board of the City due
to the expiration of Jerry Gavaldon's term; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy which exists on the Planning and
Zoning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows that the following named person be, and hereby is, appointed as a member of
the Planning and Zoning Board hereinafter indicated,with a term to begin immediately and to expire
as set forth after the name:
Planning and Zoning Board Expiration of Term
William Stockover December 31, 2008
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 21 st day of December,
A.D. 2004.
