OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, vacancies exist on the Electric Board due to the resignations of Doug Smith,
Jim Welch and Jeff Eighmy; and
WHEREAS,vacancies exist on the Urban Growth Area Review Board due to the resignation
of LaMills Garrett and the expiration of term for David Anastasio; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as members of
the Electric Board, with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set forth after each name:
Electric Board Expiration of Term
Linda Stewart December 31, 2002
Alison Mason December 31, 2005
Section 2. That the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as members of
the Urban Growth Area Review Board, with terms to begin July 1, 2001 and to expire as set forth
after each name:
Urban Growth Area Review Board Expiration of Term
Robert Long June 30, 2003
Chad Doversnike June 30, 2004
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 19th day of June,A.D.
