OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE CITY'S STRUCTURE PLAN MAP TO REFLECT
THE CHANGES CONTAINED IN THE I-25 SUBAREA PLAN
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 2003-095 adopted by the City Council on August 19,
2003, the I-25 Subarea Plan became an element of City Plan, the City's Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the I-25 Subarea Plan contained a Land Use Plan map which established a
pattern of land uses for the 1-25 Subarea Plan's planning area; and
WHEREAS,the I-25 Subarea Plan contained a series of"Implementation Strategies"one of
which was to amend the City's Structure Plan Map to reflect the land use changes contained in the
I-25 Subarea Plan's Land Use Plan map; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City that the
City's Structure Plan Map be amended to comport with the changes contained in the I-25 Subarea
Plan.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City's Structure Plan Map is hereby amended to reflect the land use changes
contained in the I-25 Subarea Plan's Land Use Plan map, as identified on Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 7th day of October,
A.D. 2003.
