NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That Resolution 94-68 of the Council of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended so as to reinstate the right turn lane proposed for construction at the intersection of Shields and Elizabeth Street, as proposed by the Director of Engineering in his report dated April 13, 1994. Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby directed to present for Council 's consideration on or before June 7, 1994, an ordinance appropriating such additional funds as may be necessary to complete the construction of the Projects as approved by this Resolution. Section 3. That the City Manager is further directed to investigate additional methods for controlling traffic flows at all of the foregoing intersection, so as to make the same more safe for bicyclists and pedestrians, and to report to the City Council with regard to such efforts on or before August 1, 1994. Passed and adopted at a continued regular meeting of the City Council held this 10th day of May, A.D. 1994. ATTEST: 1ayor 7lnu.l.. kA;s City Clerk 2
