OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS,the Transportation Master Plan is a summary of all the adopted transportation
plans, design standards, policies, and processes utilized in the planning and development of the
City's transportation system; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Master Plan components are consistent with the policies,
processes, standards, and regulations adopted in the City's Comprehensive Plan ("City Plan")and
the Land Use Code; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Master Plan is a necessary component of the City's
Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS,the Transportation Master Plan is needed to serve as a guide for transportation
system development and as a comprehensive policy document.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Transportation Master Plan,dated September 16, 1997,a copy of which is on file
in the Office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted by the City Council.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of Jhe�City of Fort CPlhAseld this
16th day of September, A.D. 1997.
