OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RENAMING DOGLEG COURT TO CASTLE PINES COURT
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to rename Dogleg Court to Castle Pines Court; and
WHEREAS, the street name of Dogleg Court has been platted and recorded
with the Clerk of Larimer County as part of the Fairway Five Estates P.U.D.
at Southridge Greens Replat; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and utility companies, including the Poudre
Fire Authority and U.S. Post Office, have been contacted and have no
objection to the proposed street name change; and
WHEREAS, the affected property owners, acting as petitioners, have
duly followed City procedures for the changing of street names; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
not be prejudiced or injured by the renaming of this street; and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City in making the proposed change will be
negligible due to the changing of only one street sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the street name of Dogleg Court be changed to Castle Pines
Court in the Fairway Five Estates P.U.D. at Southridge Greens Replat.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Cou cil of the City of
Fort Collins this 4th day of October, A.D. 1988
