OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE STANDARD CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
FOR WATER MAINS
WHEREAS, the Code of the City requires improvements for subdivisions
to be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Water Utility has revised said specifications; and
WHEREAS, Section 26-51 of the Code of the City provides that such
specifications shall be effective upon approval of the same by the City
Council by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve and adopt said revised
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the specifications entitled Standard Construction
Specifications for Water Mains presented by the City Water Utility for the
design and construction of water mains dated October 20, 1987 be, and the
same hereby are, approved and adopted, and all water main improvements
constructed after this date shall be in accordance with said
specifications.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of October, A.D. 87.
