OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
STREET OVERSIZING TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, city staff has previously worked with a citizen committee
which presented to the city council a new fee structure for street
oversizing; and
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1986, the Council adopted Resolution 86-173,
creating a Street Oversizing Task Force in the best interests of the
community to investigate alternative methods for financing street
oversizing costs that serve city-wide needs; and
WHEREAS, said Task Force is composed of nine people: four from the
development community and five from the community at large; and
WHEREAS, the Task Force shall be active for a period of one year
commencing from the date of appointment of its members and is charged with
investigating long-term funding methods for street oversizing costs and
making recommendations by October 1, 1987 to the City Council based on that
investigation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there are hereby appointed the following persons to the Street
Oversizing Task Force:
AT-LARGE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY
Michael Ehler Donald Parsons
Ms. Fran Johnson Robert Zakely
C. J. Streit Bill Bartran
Mary Lou Smith Michael Schmid
Jim Kuiken
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of January, A.D. 1987.
