ACCEPTING THE REVISED LEGAL DESCRIPTION
FOR THE DEED OF DEDICATION OF ADDITIONAL PARKLAND
WHICH WAS RECORDED IN LARIMER COUNTY RECORDS
JUNE 30, 1997, AT RECEPTION NO. 9704110
WHEREAS,on June 27, 1997, Wonderland Hill Development Company dedicated a parcel
of land, containing .578 acres, to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, recorded in Larimer County
Records on June 30, 1997 at Reception 97041140; and
WHEREAS, the legal description as described on Exhibit "A" of the Deed of Dedication
contains an error; and
WHEREAS,the legal description has been revised and the"Correction Deed of Dedication"
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council accepts the "Correction Deed of Dedication" as shown on Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

in consideration of TEN Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer
Tax and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use
Exempt forever the parcel described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof.
