OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Human Relations Commission due to the resignation
of Lori Lenard; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Liquor Licensing Authority due to the resignation of
Melinda Minton; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy exists on the Personnel Board due to the resignation of Robert Vouk;
and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Telecommunications Board due to the resignation of
David Augustine; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy also exists on the Zoning Board of Appeals due to the lack of
sufficient applications during the annual appointment process; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed as members of the
boards and commissions hereinafter indicated,with terms to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth after each name:
