OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING A BOARD AND COMMISSION LIAISON ASSIGNMENT TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, the City Council appoints Councilmembers to serve as liaisons to the City's
boards and commissions; and
WHEREAS,Resolution 97-65 provided for the assignment of Councilmember Mike Byrne
as Liaison to the Planning and Zoning Board; and
WHEREAS,Councilmember Byrne has expressed a desire to have Councilmember Mason
replace him as liaison to the Planning and Zoning Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Councilmember Scott Mason be, and hereby is, appointed to serve as the liaison to
the Planning and Zoning Board until such time as Council may reconsider such appointment..
Passed and adopted a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this 6th
day of October, A.D. 1998.
