OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Citizen Review Board due to the resignation of Rick
Aulino; and
WHEREAS,a vacancy exists on the Cultural Resources Board due to the resignation of Anna
Otto; and
WHEREAS,three vacancies exist on the Water Board due to the resignations ofDavid Frick,
Paul Clopper and Joe Bergquist; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to fill said vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named person be,and hereby is,appointed as a member of the
Cultural Resources Board, with a term to begin July 1, 2002 and to expire as set forth after the
name:
Cultural Resources Board Expiration of Term
Marilyn Barnes December 31, 2003
Section 2. That the following named persons be, and hereby are, appointed as members of
the Citizen Review Board and the Water Board,with a term to begin immediately and to expire as
set forth after the names:
Citizen Review Board Expiration of Term
Harry Edwards December 31, 2005
Water Board Expiration of Term
Doug Yadon December 31, 2003
John Bartholow December 31, 2004
Jim Finley December 31, 2005
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 21 st day of May,A.D.
