OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING A CHANGE TO THE LEGISLATIVE
REVIEW COMMITTEE COUNCIL APPOINTMENT MADE IN RESOLUTION 2019-021
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2019, the Council adopted Resolution 2019-021, appointing
Councilmember Susan Gutowsky to serve as the Council Liaison or Representative on several
Boards and Commissions, Authorities and Committees, including the Legislative Review
Committee; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Ross Cunniff has been serving as the alternate on the
Legislative Committee since 2017; and
WHEREAS,with the support of Councilmemhers Gutowsky and Cunniff, Council desires
to modify the appointments by instead appointing Councilmember Ross Cunniff to the Legislative
Review Committee and Councilmember Susan Gutowski to the alternate position for that
Commitee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the appointment to the Legislative Review Committee made in Resolution 2019-
021 is hereby modified, to instead appoint Councilmember Ross Cunniff to serve on the
Legislative Review Committee, and to appoint Councilmember Susan Gutowsky as the.alternate
for that Committee.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 19th
day of February;A.D. 2019.
