OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
due to the resignation of John Sollenberger; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the current vacancy on the
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners,with a term to begin immediately and to expire as set
forth after the name:
Housing Authority Expiration of Term
Paul Schnaitter December 31, 2013
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 21 st
day of August A.D. 2012.
