OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE ARTS IN PUBLIC PLACES BOARD
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the City's Art in Public Places Board (the
`Board"); and
WHEREAS, by the adoption of Resolution 2015-018, the City Council has filled one of
those vacancies; and
WHEREAS, the Councilmembers who interviewed the applicants for appointment to the
Board were unable to reach agreement as to the second person who should be appointed to the
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is fill that remaining position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Sabrina Zimmerman is hereby appointed to fill the remaining position on
the Arts in Public Places Board, with a term to commence immediately and to expire on
December 31, 2018.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 3rd
day of February, A.D. 2015.
