OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LAND CONSERVATION AND
STEWARDSHIP BOARD AND THE WATER BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on each of the Land Conservation and
Stewardship Board and the Water Board, due to resignations; and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers interviewed applicants for annual appointments to the
Boards and Commissions in December 2014; and
WHEREAS, from the pool of applicants for these Boards from late 2014, David
Tweedale has been selected to fill the vacancy on the Land Conservation and Stewardship Board
and Kent Bruxvoort has been selected to fill the vacancy on the Water Board; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to fill current vacant positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That David Tweedale is hereby appointed to fill the vacant position on the
Land Conservation and Stewardship Board, with a term to commence immediately and to expire
on December 31, 2017.
Section 2. That Kent Bruxvoort is hereby appointed to fill the vacant position on the
Water Board, with a term to commence immediately and to expire on December 31, 2016.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this
21st day of July, A.D. 2015.
