OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE ECONOMIC ADVISORY COMMISSION,
GOLF BOARD AND TRANSPORTATION BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on each of the Economic Advisory Commission,
the Golf Board and Transportation Board, due to resignations; and
WHEREAS, Councilmembers interviewed applicants for appointments to existing
vacancies to the Boards and Commissions in October through December 2014; and
WHEREAS, from the pool of applicants for these Boards from late 2014, Kristin Owen
has been selected to fill the vacancy on the Economic Advisory Commission, John Lyttle has
been selected to fill the vacancy on the Golf Board, and Tim Sutton has been selected to fill the
vacancy on the Transportation Board; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Resolution is to fill current vacant positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That Kristin Owen is hereby appointed to fill the vacant position on the
Economic Advisory Commission on Disability, with a term to commence immediately and to
expire on December 31, 2016.
Section 2. That John Lyttle is hereby appointed to fill the vacant position on the Golf
Board, with a term to commence immediately and to expire on December 31, 2015.
Section 3. Tim Sutton is appointed to fill the vacant position on the Transportation
Board, with a term to commence immediately and to expire,on December 31, 2018.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 7th
day of July, A.D. 2015.
