OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
DAVID JAMES AND LUPE JIRON AS MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN
RELATIONS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ralph Smith and Tom Wilson, who were members of the
Human Relations Commission, have resigned from the same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint David James to
fill out the unexpired term of Ralph Smith and further desires to appoint
Lupe Jiron said commission for a term of four years, and the said David
James and Lupe Jiron have indicated they are willing to accept such
appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that David James be and he hereby is appointed as a member
of the Human Relations Commission to fill out the unexpired term of Ralph
Smith on said Commission; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lupe Jiron be and he hereby is
appointed as a member of the Human Relations Commission for a term of
four years which said term expired November 5, 1974.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 5th day of November, A. D. , 1970.
