OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
ELWIN HUNTER AS A MEMBER OF THE LANDMARK PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Gene Allen, who was a member of the Landmark Preser-
vation -Commission, has resigned from the same; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint Elwin Hunter to
fill out the unexpired term of Gene Allen, and the said Elwin Hunter has
indicated he is willing to accept such appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Elwin Hunter be and he hereby is appointed as a member
of the Landmark Preservation Commission to fill out the unexpired term
of Gene Allen on said Commission.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this Sth day of November, A. D. 1970.
