OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Air Quality Advisory Board that was not filled
during the annual appointment process in 2009; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Development Block Grant
Commission that was not filled during the annual appointment process in 2009; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Parks and Recreation Board due to the
resignation of Fred Bitting effective March 24, 2010; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Women's Commission that was not filled
during the annual appointment process in 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill these vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill current
vacancies on the boards, commissions, and authorities hereinafter indicated, with terms to begin
immediately and to expire asset forth after each name:
Air Quality Advisory Board Expiration of Term
Rich Fisher December 31, 2013
Community Development Block Grant Commission Expiration of Term
Jamaal Curry December 31, 2013
Women's Commission f Expiration of Term
Beth OBrien Watts December 31, 2010
Section 2. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill the current
vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Board,with a term to begin March 25 and to expire as set the
name: .

Rob Cagen December 31, 2012
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Co it of the City of Fort Colli this 2nd
