OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
A LEASE TO BE ENTERED INTO BETWEEN RONALD 0 ROBERTS
AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CITIES OF FORT COLLINS AND GREELEY
AND JESSE C GREER AND VIRLON G PARKER
WHEREAS the City of Fort Collins and the City of Greeley are the
owners of certain real property known as the Rockwell Ranch and
WHEREAS Ronald 0 Roberts is the duly appointed and acting Trustee
for said cities in connection with such property and
WHEREAS the present lease of said property will expire on April 1
1972 and the said Trustee has advertised for bids for the leasing of such
property and has recommended to the City of Fort Collins and the City of
Greeley that the bid of Jesse C Greer and Virlon G Parker to lease said
property for a period of five years at a total rental of $6 100 00 be
accepted and
WHEREAS the City of Fort Collins desires that such bid be
accepted and the lease which has been prepared be entered into
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS That the terms and conditions of the proposed lease between
Ronald 0 Roberts as Trustee for the Cities of Fort Collins and Greeley
and Jesse C Greer and Virlon G Parker as Lessees be and the same hereby
is approved and accepted and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized to sign a consent to said lease for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 6th day of April 1972
