OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS DIRECTING
THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE 1971 OF THE
NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS the City Council is considering the adoption of the National
Electrical Code 1971 recommended by the National Fire Protection Association
and has passed an Ordinance on first reading accepting said Ordinance by refer
ence and
WHEREAS Section 7 of Article II of the Charter of The City of Fort
Collins requires that notice of a hearing on an ordinance adopting a code by
reference be published by the City Clerk and
WHEREAS the hearing on said ordinance will be held on the 25th day of
May A D 1972
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Clerk be and she hereby is authorized and directed to
publish notice of the hearing to be held on the ordinance adopting the National
Electrical Code 1971 of the National Fire Protection Association such notice
to be in the form attached hereto and to be published in accordance with the
provisions of Section 7 of Article II of the Charter of The City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 4th day of May A D 1972
