OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING THE
TERMINATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE BOARD OF AGRI
CULTURE PERTAINING TO THE SUPPLY OF WATER AND SANITARY
SEWER SERVICES TO THE CAMPUS OF COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS heretofore on May 19 1966 the City of Fort Collins entered
into an agreement with the State Board of Agriculture of the State of Colorado
relating to the furnishing of water and sanitary sewer services to the campus of
Colorado State University which agreement was amended by written amendment dated
July 9 1970 and
WHEREAS said agreement as amended provides that the same can be
terminated by either party by giving notice of intent to terminate at least
thirty (30) days prior to the date of said amendement and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council it is desirable to termi-
nate said agreement
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Council hereby determines to terminate the said agreement
with the State Board of Agriculture referred to above and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to give notice to the State Board of Agriculture of said
termination in accordance with the terms of said agreement as amended
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
4th day of May A D 1972
