OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING NOTICE
CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
IN ORDER TO CLASSIFY FOR ZONING PURPOSES CERTAIN PROPERTY
BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
initiated annexation procedures for certain property known as the Springer
Farm First Annexation to the City of Fort Collins more particularly described
in the Notice of Public Hearing attached hereto and
WHEREAS the owners of said property have petitioned that said prop-
erty be included in the R M P Medium Density Planned Residential District
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study of said rezoning
request and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendation thereupon
said Board's recommendation being that the property be placed in the R P
Planned Residential District and the owners of said property have consented
to such zoning and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a hearing on said zoning re
quest as required by said Section 19 46
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that June 1 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon thereafter as the matter may come
on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Fort
Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing on said zoning
request and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to publish
a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19 46 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended in the form attached
hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given that on June 1 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins the City Council will hold a public hearing on an
Ordinance placing the property comprising the Springer Farm First Annexation in the
R P Planned Residential District under the zoning ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado
The property comprising said annexation is more particularly described as
situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado to wit
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10 Township
7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M more particularly described as con-
sidering the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 as bearing N 89050'
30 ' E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto commence at
the W 1/4 corner of said Section 10 thence along said South line N 89050'
30 ' 1325 08 feet to the W 1/16 corner of said Section 10 and the true point of
beginning thence along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section
10 N 00016' W 435 71 feet to a point on the South line of tract described
in warranty deed in Book 989 at Page 425 thence along said South line S 890
50130 ' W 330 79 feet thence along the West line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 S 00012' E 435 70 feet to a point on the South
line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 thence along said South line N 89050'30
E 331 27 feet to the true point of beginning
