Ii WHEREAS, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COidPANY has tendered)
to CITY OF FORT COLLINS, State of Colorado, an agreement with
;the City covering the construction, maintenance and operation i
of a water pipe line along and across the right of way and
under the track of the Railroad Company's Fort Collins Branch
near Harmony, Larimer County, Colorado; said agreement is i
identified in the records of Union Pacific Railroad Company asi
is C.D. No. 48207-2; and

i; WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
6s said proposed agreement before it and has given it careful)
,review and consideration ; and

d'r'HEREAS, it is considered that the best ,interests of
said City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado , will be
subserved by the acceptance of said agreement;
I� THEREFORE, BE IT R,?,SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLrN-, STATE OF CCLORADO:
That the terms of the agreement submitted by i
,Union Pacific Railroad Company as aforesaid be, and the same
dare hereby, accepted in behalf of said City;
