OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS SETTING A DATE
FOR HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS
THE SPRINGER FARM FIRST ANNEXATION
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council received the report of the Planning
and Zoning Board and set a hearing date of June 1 1972 for an Ordinance classifying
for zoning purposes the property included in the Springer Farms First Annexation and
WHEREAS through inadvertence such Ordinance did not get on the Agenda
on said date and was not considered by the City Council and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to set another date for hearing on said
Ordinance
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that June 29 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on
for hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Fort Collins
is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing on an Ordinance classifying
said property for zoning purposes
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
15th day of June 1972

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given that on June`29 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins the City Council will hold a public hearing on an
Ordinance placing the property comprising the Springer Farm First Annexation in the
R P Planned Residential District under the zoning ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Colorado
The property comprising said annexation is more particularly described as
situate in the County of Lari.mer State of Colorado to-wit
A tract of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10 Township
7 North Range 69 {Vest of the 6th P M more particularly described as con-
sidering the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 as bearing N 890so,
30" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto commence at
the W 1/4 corner of said Section 10 thence along said South line N 89050'
30" 1325 08 feet to the W 1/16 corner of said Section 10 and the true point of
beginning thence along the East line of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section
10 N 00016' W 435 71 feet to a point on the South line of tract described
in warranty deed in Book 989 at Page 425 thence along said South lane S 890
50130 ' W 330 79 feet thence along the West line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 S 00012' E 435 70 feet to a point on the South
line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10 thence along said South line N 89050'30"
E 331 27 feet to the true point of beginning
