OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING NOTICE
CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE MENDING CHAPTER 19 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
COLORADO 1958 AS AkIENDED CO\n10NLY KNOhN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE IN ORDER TO CLASSIFY FOR ZONING PURPOSES
CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
initiated annexation procedures for certain property known as the
Linden Street Tech Center Annexation to the City of Fort Collins more
particularly described in the Notice of Public Hearing attached hereto and
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study of said
annexation and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendation con-
cerning the zoning for said property all in accordance with Section 19 46
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as
amended and
WHEREAS The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended that said
property be zoned in the I-G General Industrial District under
the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a hearing in order to
determine how said property shall be zoned all as required by said
Section 19-46

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that July 20 1972 at 1 30 P M or as soon thereafter
as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a
public hearing in order to consider the zoning for said property and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19 46 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended
in the form attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 29th day of June A D 1972

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given that on July 20 1972 , at 1 30 P M or as soon there-
after as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the
City of Fort Collins the City Council will hold a public hearing on a petition heretofore
filed requesting that the property comprising the Linden Street Tech Center
Annexation be placed in a I G General Industrial District under the zoning
ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado
The property comprising said annexation is more particularly described as situate in
the County of Larimer State of Colorado to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of Sect-on 12 Town-
shin 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Lariner CoL^ty
Coloraao which considering the East line of Baia ',,ortnwest 1/4
as bearingS_000 11 ' W and with all bearings containea herein
relative thereto is contained witnin the boundary lines wn�c'z
begin at a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Colo-
rado and Southern Railroad which bearsS 000 11 ' W 156 86 zeet and
again 5880 30 W 461 52 feet from the North 1/4 corner of said
Section 12 and run thence, along the Westerly right-or-wav line oz
Linden Street, S 000 49 W 533 12 feet and again along the arc oz
a 448 34 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 315 92 zeet,
the long cnord of whicn bears 5210 00 W 309 42 feet and again
5410 11 W 439 04 feet thence N 890 d9 W 453 13 feet thence
N 000 01 E 1052 70 feet to a point on the Sou,..herly right-o=-way
of the Coloraao and Southern Railroad thence along tie arc or a
930 37 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 377 75 feet
the long chard of which bears N 7o0 52 ' 05 E 375 16 reet tnence
N 880 30 E 495 62 feet to the point of beginning, containing
20 004 acres, more or less
