HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-093-09/07/1972-GIVING NOTICE CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO THE C RESOLUTION 72-93 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, GIVING NOTICE CONCERNING A A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND RELATING TO THE CREATION OF A ZONING DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS THE R-L-P, LOW DENSITY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study and has recommended that the Zoning Ordinance be amended by creating a zoning district to be known as the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District, and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a public hearing upon an Ordinance so amending the Zoning Ordinance NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that September 28, 1972, at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing on said proposed Ordinance, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19-46 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, in the form attached hereto Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 7th day of September, A D 1972 Mayor ATTEST City Clerk NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN A public hearing will be held on September 28, 1972, at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on a proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, by establishing a zoning district to be known as the R-L-P, Low Density PLanned Residential District, said District to permit the following uses Any use permitted in the R-L, Low Density Residential District, and any use permitted in the R-M, Medium Density Residential District with a maximum density of six (6) units per gross acre, provided such R-M use is shown and approved on a Unit Development Plan in accordance with the Unit Development Procedures of the Zoning Ordinance and, provided, further, that the total building coverage does not exceed twenty per cent (20%) of the net residential area for single-family units, or fifteen per cent (15%) of the net residential area for multi-family units Dated at Fort Collins, Colorado, this 7th day of September, A D 1972 �/ '-✓ !/!/-O'er 6 ////L City Clerk (Note This notice must be published once at least fifteen (15) days before the date set for hearing )
