WHEREAS, heretofore a written petition together with four prints
of an annexation map was filed with the City .Clerk requesting the annexa-
tion of certain property more particularly described as situate in the j
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
A tract: of land situated in the N 1/2 of Section 27, W N, R69W, of the 6th P.M. ,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
Considering the East Line of the N 1/2 of said Section 27 as bearing N 00004'51"E
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing, at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 27, said corner also being the
True Point of beginning; thence, along the center east-west section line, N 89033 '18"W,
2644.66 feet to the center 1/4 corner of said Section 27; thence, continuing along
the said center east-west section tine N 39° 33' 18" W, 1320.44 feet to the SW corner
of the SE 1/4 of the Wil 1/4 of said Section 27; thence, along the crest line of the
E 1/2 and the „rf 1/4 of said Section 27, N 000 00' 29" W, 2658.68 feet to the NW corner
of the NE 1/4 of the N'rl 1/4 of said Section 27; thence, along the north Section line
of said Section 27 , S 890 26 ' 57" E, 960.42 feet; thence, S 000 00' 32" E, 514.03 feet
and parallel to the north-south centerline of said Section 27; thence, S 890 26' 57" E,
360.00 feet and parallel to the north line of said Section 27; thence, along the

corner of said Section 27; thence, along the said north line S 89° 26' 57" E, 2648.74

the NE corner of the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 27;

ceedings in accordance with law for all of said property except thA following
described property, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the NE 1/4 of Section 27, T7N, R69W, of
the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, being more• particularly described as
follows :
Considering the East Line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 27 as bearing '
N 00° 04' 51 " E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the E 1/4 Corner of said Section 27, thence along the said
east line, N 000 04 ' 51 " E, 1524.82 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Thence, N 890 29' 16" W, 264.00 feet; thence, N 000 04' 51 " E, 132.27 feet;
thence, S 890 29' 16" E, 264.00 feet to a point on the said east line; thence,
along the said east line S 000 04' 51 " W, 132.27 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
