OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ACTING AS THE
LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY AMENDING THE RULES OF PROCEDURE
OF THE LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council acting as the Liquor Licensing
Authority adopted certain Rules of Procedure to govern proceedings before the
Authority and
WHEREAS the Authority desires to amend said Rules of Procedure
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS acting as the Liquor Licensing Authority that Rule 3 D of the Rules of
Procedure of the Authority be and the same hereby is amended by deleting there
from the first sentence thereof and by substituting therefor the following
The City Manager shall report to the City Council the result of
his investigation as soon as possible and in any event at least
3 weeks prior to the date set for hearing on the license applica
tion "
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Fort Collins acting
as the Local Liquor Licensing Authority at a regular meeting of the Council held
this 2nd day of November A D 1972
