RESOLUTION 115
WHEREAS , the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has
tendered to the CITY OF FORT COLLINS State of Colorado, an
agreement extending to and including September 18 1977 the
tern of contract dated November 20 1947 covering Gower line
on and across the right of way and over the tracks of the
Railroad Corioany at Fort Collins Colorado said agreement
being ident-fled as Union Pacific Railroad Company 's C D
No 32739-F and
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Fort Collins
has said proposed agreement before it and has given it carerul
revied ana consiaeration and
WHEREAS it is considered that the best interests of
said City of Fort Collins , State of Colorado will be
subserved by t'ie acceptance or said agreement
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS STATE OF COLORADO
That the terms of the agreement submitted by Union
Pacific Railroad Comoanv as aforesaid be , and the same are
hereby, accepted in behalf of said City
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
empowered and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
said City and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby
authorizea ana directed to attest said agreement and to attach
to each duplicate original of said agreement a certified copy
of this resolution /
