HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-008-02/08/1973-ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 65 ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENG RESOLUTION 73-8 OF THE ODUMIL OF nM CITY OF FORT COLLINS ACCEPTING ME P-MOVI MITS IN STREET MO DENT DISTRICT NO.65 ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY• ENGINEER RE' ECTING TFit COST OF MM IMPROVEbMS IN SAID DISTRICT AND THE SC1MJLE OF ASSESSMUS AND ORDERING NOTICE TO BE PUB- LISFED BY ME CITY aM OF THE ASSESSIENTS TO BE MDE IN SAID DISTRICT, ALL IN ACCORDANCE KITH THE ORDIN&WES OF THE CITY I97IFItrAS, the City Engineer has reported to the City Council that the improvements in Street Improvement District No. 65 have been completed and has recommended that the same be accepted, and MOMS, the City Engineer has-prepared a statement showing the whole cost of the improvements in said,District and has furt1ior prepared an assessment roll, and IME[tEAS, the City Council has reviewed such reports and desires to accept the same and advertise and give notice of assessment in accordance with the Ordinances of the City. NON, 71MWCREO BE IT USOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 11M MY OF FORT COLLINS, that the report of tho City Engineer regarding the completion of tho•iq=vcments in Street Improvement District No. 65, be and the same hereby is accepted and tlhe•improvemants in said district are hereby accepted by the City Council, and BE IT FURTMR RESOLVED that the report of the City Engineer regard- ing the whole cost of the improvements and the assessment roll' be and the same hereby are accepted and the City Clerk is directed to notify the owners of property to be assessed and all persons intorested generally that such improvements have been completed and accepted. Such notice shall be made as required by the ordinances of the City. _ Passed and adapted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 8th day of February, A.D. 1973. .
